Overview -
As an administrative assistant here at Dakota Planning Group, your daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing and maintaining files, and ordering office supplies. Organization, an approachable attitude, and some basic computer skills are required for this position. This is a full-time position; regular hours are 8:00 to 5:00 on weekdays with an hour lunch break. Hours can also be flexible with family obligations. Job Description -

  • Handling and directing incoming phone calls to the office
  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments
  • Greeting clients upon arrival
  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining client records and ensuring confidentiality
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining office equipment and coordinating repairs if needed
  • Ensuring the office space is organized and presentable
  • Navigating computer system to service client needs
  • Complete any other miscellaneous tasks around the office
 
 
 
 
Position Qualifications -
