You'll help members every day by:
- Building meaningful relationships
- Process personalized consumer and mortgage loan interviews
- Opening new accounts
- Assist with member transactions
- Analyzing credit histories, determining collateral needs, and structuring repayment plans
- Approving or denying loan applications within established guidelines
- Advocating for members by exploring creative alternative options and guiding them through challenges if a loan is denied
- Protecting our community by keeping loan accounts healthy, monitoring delinquencies, and working empathetically with members to bring negative balances current
- Identifying opportunities to improve members' financial well-being
