Criteria:
Individual:
1. Currently lives and/or works in the Madison community
2. Personal characteristics that make him/her worthy of the recognition

Organization:
1. Currently active within the Madison community
2. Organizational ideals that make the organization worthy of the recognition
3. Significant contributions to strengthen and/or improve education in the Madison community
4. Community involvement as well as involvement in education
How has the individual made an impact in education? Organizational charter or mission statement (only for an organization) and a Summary of projects related to education
