Madison Lions "Strides 3K and 5K Walk/Run Event

Madison, SD – On June 3rd members of the Madison Lions Club, will host a 3K & 5K walk/run for diabetes awareness with proceeds being used to sponsor registration to attend Camp Gilbert. Camp Gilbert is on Lake Enemy Swim east of Waubay SD specifically organized for diabetic youths. Web site: www.campgilbert.com . Registration for the Strides event will be from 8:00 am to 9:30 am at Prostrollo Auto Mall - 1001 S. Washington Ave. Madison SD which is also the starting point. The walk/run will follow the bike trail to the east and then return back to the start for the finish and check-in. Choose either a 3K or 5K distance. Routes will be marked. This is a non-timed event.
