Dearly Departed is a laugh-out-loud Southern comedy presented by the Mad Arts Theatre Company at Prairie Village Opera House.
Set in a small-town Southern community, the story follows the Turpin family as they navigate the chaos that unfolds after the unexpected death of the family patriarch. Between eccentric relatives, old family feuds, unexpected surprises, and a funeral that doesn't quite go as planned, the family discovers that saying goodbye is rarely simple—and often hilarious.
