Prairie Remembrance Program
The Prairie Remembrance program is an annual program held prior to Memorial Day weekend. Featured Speaker will be Jeremiah Schneider, SD Dept. of Veterans Affairs Secretary. Secretary Schneider was recently appointed to the post by Gov. Larry Rhoden. He was formerly administrator of Bethel Lutheran Home in Madison. Attendees will sing patriotic songs and Jackie Miles will conclude the program by playing Taps on her trumpet. The event is free and open to the public.
