Consignment Auction

We will be accepting consignments for the Prairie Village Consignment Auction. This is a great opportunity to buy and sell quality equipment and items with a low commission percentage.

• Titled vehicles

• Farm and livestock equipment

• Tools

• Industrial equipment

• Other quality items

Please Note:
We do not accept household items, furniture, appliances, bicycles, or junk-type items.

All items are sold “as is.” Prairie Village is not responsible for theft, loss, or breakage of items.

Consignment Timeline

Monday, April 6
Begin contacting us to consign items and have them listed on our auction page.

Friday, April 24
First day items will be accepted on the grounds.
Drop-off hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily

Delivery Deadline
Consignment and delivery of items will end at 5:30 PM the evening prior to the auction, and the gates will close to the public at that time.

Security
Gates will be closed and locked each evening.

Reserve Fees

• $25 reserve fee for items with reserves up to $200

• $50 reserve fee for items with reserves over $200

Reserve fees will be refunded if the item sells.

Additional Information

• Food will be available on the grounds.

• All Prairie Village buildings will be closed on the day of the sale.

Camping Notice

Camping is not allowed prior to or the night of the auction.

Camping for the season at Prairie Village will open Sunday, May 3, 2026.
